To comply with Marriott s code of conduct atall times.Personally build clearand open lines of communication with all departments.Understand and abide by all Government lawsrelating to Food preparation.Assist with theenforcement of the Marriott Food Safety and Hygiene program.Assist with themaintaining all relevant Marriott programs.Be critical and demandingof operating standards.Drive creativity and change with strategic menuengineering plans for all Italian food produced within Sheraton Grand Bangalore.

Constantly check the standards and develop training initiatives to ensure allfood prepared is authentic and market leading.Demonstrate new oralternative techniques of cooking and operation of new equipment.Monitor and control all financial aspects of thekitchen areas.Implement and monitor programs to maintain thecondition of hotel assets in all kitchens. Be personally involved in the Spirit to Serve program.

Conduct regular market analysis to ensure youunderstand the competition product and target market.Assist with the executionof the promotional calendar and ensure it is aligned with the Sheraton brand. Createmarket leading authentic Italian promotions.Be well versed andknowledgeable of the hotels Fire Evacuation and all Emergency procedures aswell as health and safety requirements in the Workplace.
