As the Banqueting Admin you will be a part of our Beverage & Food Department and you will be reporting to the Outlet Manager

Job Description

As Banqueting Admin you will be responsible to support the F&B department with regards to managing and handling all administrative tasks and responsibilities in order to ensure flawless operations. You will be responsible to answer enquiries from both internal and external sources via email, mail, fax and phone and communicate within the concerned departments accordingly. Your further tasks are: to provide administrative support for team members including word processing, spreadsheet creation, PowerPoint presentation creation, mailings, letters/memo, copying, compiling and filing; to manage the department time and attendance system; to ensure the smooth operation of the F&B administration office; to coordinate with finance for budgeting requirements; to prepare expense vouchers for cash reimbursements; to communicate requests with Casual companies; to identify, rectify or report office equipment malfunctions and to raise purchase requests for the F&B department. Moreover, you will assist Banqueting in its operations when required.

Requirements

We expect you to have at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role in the hospitality industry. Ideally you bring operational experience in Food & Beverage service.

Previous Middle East Experience is preferred.

Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is a must. Proficiency in the Arabic language is beneficial.

We expect you to be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
