And here’s the exciting part - we are looking for a RevenueManagement Executive who is passionate about W, passionate about style and innovation.
It is critical that the Revenue Management Executive represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers. They, like the rest of our ‘talent’ are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.
The role of the Revenue Management Executive is to support the Director of Revenue is all technical and strategic aspects of the hotel daily operation.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure that all rates are loaded in a timely manner and compliant with Marriott policies.
Ensure that the hotel has Best Rate Guarantee compliance at all times.
Work together with the DORM to prepare forecasts.
Work together with the DORM in preparation and delivery of the weekly RevMax meetings
Oversee the reservations department.
The right candidate will have a detail oriented hands on approach and the ability to analyze data. He/ She will also be a team player as well as have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Previous hotel experience in either reservations or welcome desk is a plus, however candidates from other backgrounds with the right attitude will be considered.
Knowledge of Marriott Systems are an added advantage but not a requirement.
• 1 year relevant work experience
• MBO / HBO education, preferably hotel management
• Hospitality background
• Fluent verbal and written English skills. Dutch and other languages are appreciated.
