Pastry is a department where we give emotions and pleasure to our guest. It’s the place where we bake dough and Danish fresh on daily basis.

To be a pastry chef you must love your job, do your best every day, respect the recipes and procedures as well as your team and managers.

Job responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

· Ensure the buffet is always clean and have the same presentation on daily basis

· Ensure the production of the department

· Make nice and testy desserts

· Produce chocolate decorations

· Serve ice-cream and cakes to our Blue Orange buffet

To move into this position you should have

· Tenure in current position minimum one year

· Speak and read English

· Have a proper hygiene and safety

· Be a good listener

· Be steady

· Have a positive attitude and be full of energy

· Work as a team player

· Have a basis pastry general knowledge
