Job Description

Coordinates the provision of world-class front desk and guest services to guests. Directs efficient welcome registration, rooming and account settlement and coordination of the arrival and departure experience for hotel guests. Ensures prompt and complete satisfaction of guest requests as well as problem resolution. Maintains accurate occupancy data and assists in maximizing daily rooms revenue through the application of effective yield management.

Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or minimum two years of related hotel experience.

  • Marriott/Westin experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.

  • Strong leadership, guest service and problem resolution skills.

  • Ability to work flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
