Job Summary

The Butler attends to every guest’s needs and wants. Butler is responsible for the quality of every guest’s stay and welcoming the guests, making sure smooth check-in, uncompromising stay and check out experience, enabled guest feel at home. Setting up guests rooms prior to arrival and upkeep the quality throughout their stay. This department also seduce guests by unfolding series of delighted moments and gives an inside of the best places to visit in town making it the best address in the city.

Work closely with Housekeeping, Front Office and Private Dining (PD). Butler has to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of the hotel.

Requirements:-

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel, preferably working in a“front of house” position. However, candidates with other backgrounds and theright attitude will be considered.

  • Ability to quicklyadapt to a constantly changing market with guest request.

  • Proactive approachto problem solving and demonstrated ability to “think outside of the box”.

  • Detail oriented andhands on, being able to maintain an organization in a multi-tasking environment.

  • Team player withstrong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging emotionally with guests and colleagues.

  • Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, and strong command of English inboth.

  • Must possess strong computerskills, including Microsoft Office, (Outlook / Excel / Word) and ability tolearn and understand the IT architecture of various systems. Experience inOpera/ Lightspeed/Fidelio is a plus, but not obligatory.
