Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access. Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems. Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas. Assist guests/employees during emergency situations. Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required. Gather information and complete reports. Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals. Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures. Resolve safety hazard situations. Handle all interruptions and complaints. Escort unwelcome persons from the property. Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Provide proper paperwork to employees. Assist management in training, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.   1. 贯彻落实国家有关消防方针、政策、法规,接受专职消防机构的检验领导

  2. 在部门经理指导下建立健全酒店消防安全制度,组织实施酒店防火委员会的各项计划,要求并进行监督检查。

  3. 检查消防设施,消防器材如灭火器、烟感、温感、消防栓等是否正常灵敏,落实危险部门要害部门的消防工作,畅通消防通道消防事故处理

  4. 对员工进行防火安全教育,提高员工的防火意识,检查消防培训消防考试情况并开展各种形式的消防演练。

  5. 消防安全检查要注意排除一切不安全的隐患,监督指导各部门完善落实防火安全制度。

  6. 对消防文件处理落实,定期向部门经理汇报消防工作情况。

7. 建立健全消防安全管理制度

  1. 协助制定火灾等意外事故的防范预案、火灾发生时的紧急处理预案等,完善酒店的突发事件处理机制

  2. 掌握消防安全的信息与咨询,及时对酒店的消防安全管理提出意见并制定措施

  3. 参与制定并组织实施消防各项操作规程、设备保养计划与检修计划

  4. 制定外来施工单位或个人的防火安全制度与措施,审批动用明火作业申请

8.日常消防安全管理

(1)对酒店内外进行日常防洪检查,发现火险隐患及时处理或上报领导解决

(2)监督、检查酒店各部门落实消防安全管理制度情况,对酒店内要害部位进行定期检查,及时排除火险隐 患

(3)协助领导组织消防演习,组建酒店内部义务消防员队伍

(4)组织酒店内消防安全知识讲座、防火技巧学习等培训工作,增强职工的防火意识

(5)接受并执行消防机关防火工作指示及布置的任务,随时接受消防机关的检查并与之保持良好关系

(6)完成领导交办的其他工作

9.消防事故处理

(1)酒店发生火警、火灾时,及时组织灭火抢险和人员疏散工作

(2)参与火灾等意外事故的善后处理工作
